I have often wondered this about men myself and finally came up with the only logical conclusion. Evolution. The male species main job was to procreate. The female species had the job of nurturing. Somehow as the male evolved they never lost the need to "procreate" or at least go through the motions..~laughing~ We can only hope as evolution continues that a male's brain will become larger and thus move from his pants to his head.

In all fairness, it is not just males that "cheat". I suppose that shoots my theory to hell and back..~laughing~ Please tell your friend that most of us have been in her shoes and do understand. But for every door that closes, another opens and it usually has a better male behind it.

There's no REAL evidence that he left his fiance' for another woman just because of the sex. Sure, he may have been having sex with the other woman. But who's not to say that he was able to communicate with the other woman more.
I've never admitted to being a good husband but I've had affairs before I left my wife. It had nothing to do with sex. It all had to do with the verbal and emotional abuse that I was getting from my wife. I guess one woman's loser becomes another woman's lover.
