Wanted In More Ways Than One (Closed for raiguy)

Tay nodded, before tapping his chin. "We might be able get everything while flying under the radar. Or we can go a few towns over if you'd rather," he said, knowing that it hadn't been long enough for everyone to forget her.

"Let's go to the outlets," Gwyn said. "Outlets are really busy, so I can get lost in the crowd easily, and those are a couple towns over."

Tay nodded, before smiling. "Are you feeling up to the trip now, or would you like to rest a little while more and then go?" he asked.

Tay nodded, before closing his eyes and relaxing with Gwyn in his arms.

Tay nodded off shortly after Gwyn, enjoying this moment, and hoping that she would feel safer soon.

Tay felt Gwyn stirring, before looking over at her and smiling back. "Feel better?" he asked.

Tay smiled. "I'm glad you trusted me enough to tell me. I'm here though, for anything if you need me. I'll listen and not judge, or try to offer advice or help if you'd like that," he said with another smile.

Gwyn smiled. "That's why I fell in love with you, Tay. You never judged me about anything I've done." Her stomach rumbled and she blushed a little. "Hush!" she told it harshly.

Tay smiled. "Okay, time to get up and get what you need, and we can grab something while we are out. Sound good?" he asked, sitting up slowly.

"Absolutely," Gwyn said, slowly sitting up as well. She stretched and smiled. She tenderly kissed his cheek. "Thank you," she said sincerely.

Tay smiled and nodded, before sliding out of the bed. He didn't really need to change, but wanted to make sure everything was okay with Gwyn. "Are you okay to go out in my shirt and shorts?" He asked with an unsure smile.

Tay chuckled and nodded. "True, but then, we were dating then, and you'd always steal my clothes," he said, remembering her penchant for taking his clothes.

"You thought it was cute," Gwyn laughed, getting out of bed. "Besides, it'll help with disguising how disgustingly thin I am. And the ribs."

Tay nodded, before slipping into his sandals and grabbing his wallet and keys. He too Gwyn's hand, walking with her to his truck, before helping her slide in through the drivers side. "Strap in and we'll take off," he said.

Gwyn smiled and buckled up, glad that the belt weighed more on the side that she didn't have broken ribs on.

Tay smiled and, as if reading her thoughts, said, "Since the middle seat is a lap belt, I figured it wouldn't hurt your ribs as much. It also let's you sit right next to me." He winked at her, before backig out of the garage, closing the door, and then turning to head to the super enter a few towns over.

Gwyn smiled. "Just like old times in your old car," she teased. She remembered the times that they would go driving out somewhere, maybe do some shopping, see the sights, grab something to eat, stopping about halfway home on a deserted road and make sweet love to each other. . . She always took the middle seat for that reason.

Tay nodded. "We did had some great times. We always seemed to find ways to sneak in whatever we wanted to do, as I remember," he said with a smile. He had missed that, but when Gwyn disappeared, he just had to grin and bear it, not knowing where she went or what she was doing. It had really hurt him, but he had finally moved past it.

Gwyn chuckled. "Do you remember the first time you smoked a joint?" she asked mischievously. "I thought you were going to order out Burger King!"

Tay chuckled. "Yeah. I remember just getting really hungry, but maybe. Being a little quieter than normal. God was I hungry though!" He said, laughing at the memory of the 9 bags he carried out for the two of them.
