Hey I just wanted to interject.. I read the Big Dig is finally (partially) opening in Boston. $12 bil over budget! :eek:

If you draw a chalk line around your body on the street, the cost of the land right there is more than many people make in their entire lives. :eek:

The way I keep hearing about it, some people liken that project to the architect/city planner's equivalent of landing a person on Mars.

Glad you had a great weekend, Cookie! I managed to get my last few gifts and mail them out. Fortunately, I only have to work 3 days this week. :)

Chief assistant to Mrs. Claus in the Kitchen.

Coming from a Northern Mountain Province in Asia where her people were a race of mystical elves called the Sky People, Mary, like many other elves doesn't have that decidedly Scandinavian look. She is tiny and dark and pretty as a kitten. Her hair is thick, black and full and cut exactly in the shape of a cooking wok, which is what she wears for a hat (sometimes).

Mary is the most marvelous of elfin cooks and is the top assistant to Mrs. Claus in the kitchen. She also teaches karate to the younger elves every Tuesday afternoon.

I sure hope it doesn't make her sick if she eats it! Cause she is...just gave her a little pinch on her scratch post...She seems to love it though!:catroar:

It's OK - cats are allowed to eat it. Just give her a pinch every once in a while. Sometimes we'll put a pinch on the rug, and Samantha will roll in it!
