Ok so everyone knows that I hate these "birthdays" and the fact that people feel a need to celebrate them is sad, tedious, egotistical, pointless etc. to say the least.

But I can't let my big sis make it to the big 1000 without a little pat on the back.

Simple was the classic "I'm new and I want to post a million times a day about nothing very interesting" sort of poster. But it soon became apparent that she was worth a lot more than that and in due course the postings became less frequent and a lot more insightful. In fact she became one of the best. So there, I said it.
