Good morning lovely people. I know the title of my post may seem flippant, but this is becoming to be a serious problem!

I have a rare midweek day off work today which I’d designated as a day to write, and to finish the next two chapters of Helen’s story. The problem is, whenever I write my smutty stories, I get so turned on that I become completely distracted, and have to take a break to give myself…some attention.

When I woke this morning, I thought that rubbing out a quick wank would set me up for a day of writing. How wrong was I?! Literally two paragraphs into chapter five and I’m completely consumed and reaching for my vibrator.

I’d intended to write a full 60,000 word book based on my own experiences and fantasies. I was hoping to have it finished by the end of summer, but at this rate it’ll take years!

Suggestions around how to get over this terrible predicament are most welcome. xx

Try splitting your time into hour or 30 min blocks, write then wank then write and so on.

Thanks for sharing your concern. I suggest using pleasuring yourself as a reward. Once you feel that heat pooling double down and keep writing. Give yourself a goal of a chapter or 2 then when they are finished reward yourself with sweet harmonic release. Then push further and further.

Write for an hour with the reward of a one on one session of say 15 minutes....
Write some more..reward time lol
