I'm in love with a Jersey Girl.

Title is a bit off. Jersey Girl's are all women but was just trying to quote a relevant song. I'm not from New Jersey but I do go there often. In my experiences Jersey women are so upfront and unabashed It seems every time I go there It's so easy to strike up a conversation (and sometimes more) with the North east beauties.
Is it just a coincidence ? I don't know and don't care if it is. Has anyone else experienced this trend ? Does anyone have a neighboring state that you feel women are more "friendlier" ?
