Nice! The homemade stuff is the best. I tried mead and plum wine, with very poor results Learning experiences! Currently I'm making shrubs - fruit, vinegar, and sugar, which you age and strain, then mix with sparkling water or - even better - shake with ice, vodka, and triple sec.

I tried shrubs at a recent club meeting. I was not impressed, but it could have that batch. I would definitely try it again. Especially the way you recommend
