I was at Bell's this past winter during a snowboard trip. There tap room is pretty fantastic. Oberon is my favorite with Hopslam in a close second.

Oberon? Really? Over hop slam? Im not sure we can be friends. Lol

I think founders is next on my list...AFTER three floyds... ive been planning that trip for a year. Amd something always comes up.
 
yeah I get that a lot with Oberon, what can i say beside it goes great with some deep dish pizza. Three Floyds is pretty great but long long lines. Dinner is usually a 2 hour wait. I live about 30 minutes a way in Chicago. I would suggest dark lord days in late April. Pretty cool party at there brewery. There a place down the street from me that has at least 5 three floyds on tap at all times.

I know I know.. at least he knows good beer ;) im gonna keep him around. At 4... he knows more beer names then most of my friends.

Oh im aware... I mean knowing I cant even buy zombie dust while im there sucks... but its the point of saying ive done it.
Its about 3.5- 4 hours to three floyds. I figure a weekend in chicago for beer wont ever disappoint me.
 
If your in Chicago and you want good beer. Hopleaf or the Map Room are cant miss bars. Not to mention some of the other micro breweries.
 
Amusement takes many forms...receiving and giving...part of that flexibility thing... :)
