Slapping the word "Mom" or "Mommy" on a story title is worth 50k hits if you post an Ikea instruction sheet. When you add in how many times you view your own stuff to post glowing comments on it...

The contests aren't perfect, or even close, but nothing that's based on an internet poll could be. Your constant, monotonous ranting about how the contests are "fixed" and how you get "cheated"? Complete hogwash coming from a habitual liar.

Yes, I made those comments. Why did I make those comments? I made them to place my stories higher up on the feedback portal to have them remain in the public eye longer. I see you had to go back to 2010 to find those. Did you find any for 2011?

Knowing my votes don't count, I even don't bother voting for my stories.

Tell me, how did you know about my story that I wrote last month for the Nude Day contest before it even posted? Do you have Laurel's ear or one of the moderator's ears or are you just a Literotica insider?

What kind of writing site is this anyway, when we have people like you, who can barely compose a story and must copy and paste the same old story over and again, yet, still manages to win contests. Tell me how is that fair?

If it smells like shit, Dark, you stepped in it when you revealed that you knew my story was being rejected before I even knew.

It just makes me wonder how many others like you are out there. It makes me wonder how little Literotica pays out for contest wins. It makes me wonder if any of us have any chance of winning a contest.

By the way, Dark, if you want me to post my hit numbers of all of my stories that made the 30 day, 12 month, and all-time lists, I will. It's a long list.

I have been involved in contests where I couldn't begin to figure out how winners were chosen. A lot of contests are determined completely by the whims of the editors/publishers/guest judges and are entirely subjective by personal taste. Many contests charge writers a reading fee in order to submit win or lose.

I have worked with editors and publishers who won't give me the time of day beyond wanting my work (and for that at least I am grateful!). I know editors and publishers who constantly communicate, which can be a good thing and a bad thing (in my opinion.) Some have forwarded or at least notified me of reader responses while most can't be bothered.

Bottom line, Laurel and company are in charge as it should be, and they have set this place up the way that they want it to be. As a writer, it is my responsibility to understand the parameters of having work published by them and either accept those or submit somewhere else. And I for one plan on having a long career of submitting material on Literotica predominantly because of the parameters that are established here.

It is precisely those parameters that give me amazing feedback and communicative abilities with regards to my work and improving it. It gives me a voice that I rarely see in the literary world and gives that voice to many others as well equally.

But...

Editors and publishers don't bash their own writers, in the case of this site, writers who write for FREE.

Going back to 2007 and 2008, when I wrote as BostonFictionWriter, I was mercilessly attacked, threatened, and bashed. You should have read some of the e-mails I received. I had all my red H's erased numerous times. Why?

Comments, I had feedback from people writing shit, shit, shit on every single one of my stories. It must have taken him hours (lol).

Why was I so targeted? Because I dared to write too many stories. Who the fuck was I to write so many stories? Without doubt, I am the most bashed writer on the site. They all love to hate me or is it more than that? Are the moderators behind the bad behavior?

I'm just a writer who has used this site to practice my writing. That's all and that's it.

Yet, whenever someone attacked me personally, such as posting my personal Facebook information on this site or blogged about lies about me on their blog, then I responded and for my response, I was deemed the villian.

I just write stories. Only, just like everyone else, I'd like to have a fair chance to win a contest. I'd rather know up front that the contests winners are at the whimsy of the site owner and now I surmise that.

Whatever. It really doesn't matter. Only, bash me and I'll bash back.
