Well, I'm not quite positive what you mean, but if you simply mean a moment when amazing things happen and you're just amazed, I would say this fall, watching my kid in a play (not just a simple school play, more like community theater).

No. I eat probably 1 or more vegetarian dinners a week, because there is some good stuff that is vegetarian (a number of Indian dishes, but other stuff too). So, I don't have to have meat every meal. But I could not give it up entirely.
