Why is it that when we need words to describe sex in less than vivid terms the analogies we use often turn to sports with terms such as i scored, i made it to first base, third base etc. It is interesting. I wonder if it comes from the fact that for so many years men were given permission(albeit within limits) to discuss sex openly. It just funny to be a women and know that my body is a playing field. Just an odd thougt i had. I have many be patient.:p

Good question

Well as a man...I dont know the answer to this one...but I do have my take on this......I think it is because in many cases, as kids we (males) are first taught how to play sports (in most cases)
and when you...Score...Get to first Base.....Are Hit A Home Run....
your teamates give you a hardy....that a boy........and its hard to deprogram something that you have inbedded so deeply in your mind.....Secondly....(and I should get some good reviews on this one...lol).....Sports and the terms used in them...are about the only thing some males can relate to......But look on the bright side of this girls...The males of this world (and some females) hold sports way up on the highest petestal........... so in a way its may be there way of showing how much they liked the experiance......
and that my two cents on this matter.
