My boss is laughing. I just got home from an honor flight training event. Their trip is tomorrow. Some how I always get the party animals. When I left they were out front of the hotel smoking cigars and drinking.

I didn't get called in for the 4 am drive of veterans to the airport from the hotel.
So I'm back up but resting until I have to load the truck for the welcome home event.
Then it's hit the airport at 7 to set up.

Good. I'd strained my knee a couple of weeks back and worked myself back into my walking routine this week. Today was fun because so many little children were out with their moms and having fun. I like seeing people having fun and happy.

still quiet.....
I finally got here for a little while.
I had to find some yogurt for dinner to take my meds.I'm only stiff & sore from the Honor Flight event, all the things I did to push the line
(10 cases of water, 2 bags of ice, etc) plus PT today & new exercises plus the tape re-tweak.
My new PT totally is rocking it & the changes are amazing. The muscles are getting shifted into place.
I've never hurt so much for so little actual exercise but they are strengthening my muscles back into place.
I'm bouncing back faster too on the pushing the line stuff!
