Haha, didn't think of it that way but I guess. I don't feel like I'm that big, honestly, probably because of the average length and thats what most people think of with penis size. I didn't even realize I had above average girth prior to the condom issue. Unfortunately, I'd forgotten that in the 10 years since the wife and I used them, so I wasted a couple boxes before I rediscovered the Durex ones.

I am sure it happens. But I expect that like many such situations it is in the context of both ex-partners feeling somewhat aggrieved and saying or doing unpleasant things out of spite or anger. When that happens it is pretty difficult to say who is at fault or who started it, so to speak. The disparaging remark comes from an animosity unrelated to penis size that just happens to be the topic that is most sensitive or hurtful.

That is different than a woman gratuitously disparaging a man for having a small penis completely unprovoked and out of the blue in the way that some insecure men will say nasty things about a woman solely for having a preference for a larger penis.
