Unfortunately I don't think Lit supports HTML in sigs I'm pretty sure specifying width is not possible in BBcode, but I could be wrong!

I consider my own sig fairly tidy, but I don't know what others think of it. I just like my little ladybugs.

The other inconvenient about turning off the sig option? You miss people's link to their naked pics.

Holy fuck Etoile, those pics are HAWT. Love the old one on the toilet perusing a dirty mag.

Oh, crap, you're right.
I always forget that it's not html here. I guess the width tag is out, but still a few seconds in a decent drawing program or any of the many online image editing tools like http://www.picnik.com/app would resize it.

but I'm not really here enough to warrent bitching and moaning.

LOL! That is one downside to turning off sigs that I hadn't even considered. And thank you! I love those old pictures, even if I don't look like that anymore. I like the new pictures too, for that matter. And there may be more forthcoming, in March!

Oh, and I thought of one sig that really annoys me every time I see it. I think it is MasterPhoenix too, actually. And it is because of that damn BUG!! Every time I see it, I want to brush it off my screen, until I realize it's an image ON the screen! (Don't feel bad MP, I have seen it on other forums and I hate it there too, nothing personal!)

Oh I'll be keeping an eye out for the new ones. I appreciate both sets of photos. Your physical appearance always strikes me as being one of innocence IE in the newer set you look angelic. Ironically ( I know) this is not the case. (I'm also being taken back to the first set with the dirty mag. I get the sense that some juxtaposition is taking place.)

Please keep us posted if and when the new ones come out.

Yes, the newer ones are great too. The bondage one is really cool. But there's something about the one sitting on the toilet that stands out. Maybe just 'cause there are two hot chicks in the pic rather than only one.

at the end of his image tag just inside the end bracket he could put width="400" and the entire image would be more then awesome.

btw, I'm sure I could have looked up who it was but i was trying to avoid saying names becasue I don't have any issues with people here.

Wow, I totally didn't realize this thread was about you. I must have missed some big drama elsewhere. IMHO your sig is not that bad. You'd have to try harder to make it annoying, I think. Add some big images, some animation, and about 15 more lines of BIG text, and then it might be annoying.

*grins* i'm special like that, to have a thread made about me and all but yea, there was LOTS of drama in another thread in the talk forum about my sig. i did lower the font size but i'm not changing anything else..except the lyrics soon....i like it...

It supports html in sigs - that's how I got mine centered. And your ladybugs are cute.

I don't think so, I just checked and it says it doesn't! However there is a BBcode tag called "center" that works like this: [ center ] - I think they used to have HTML and then they turned it off? I think I remember seeing one day a whole bunch of HTML in my sig and I had to translate it all to BBcode.

That might be it. LOL I know at one point I used html, but I probably switched it and just spaced it. Their's huge gaps in my memory due to pain meds.

And btw LSR, reducing the font size of your signature made a huge difference. Good call.

I've been told more than a few times here as a member that my sigs are too busy too colorful too flashy too much animation..... yeah, so what. I deal with it in just the way which makes me happiest: I make my sig even bigger, even more flashy.. even more colorful, more animated.

It's my sig. My choice.

That's what I'd do if someone bitched at me. I'd make all the print neon pink and put some animation in there. The more they bitched the more obnoxious my sig would get. Childish? Moi?

You know, your point could be valid, if you could disable signatures just for certain persons. So you either have to live with it, ignore the person completely or ignore all signatures.

Although, even worse is commercial advertisement in a signature. In my humble opinion, this is worth a ban. But alas, I'm not the one to decide this.

I just saw this thread, must have missed it.

People's signatures in general don't bother me unless they have flashing images. Some are a bit fast anyway but if I'm loading a page and my connection has any kind of hiccup I can sometimes be confronted my someone's madly flickering signature, which as an epileptic can give me a nasty headache. I have to watch how long I spend at my laptop in general.

I wasn't ever bothered by LSR's sig and I believe Catalina has a whole song in hers, or did recently, so if she doesn't mind then it shouldn't be an issue for others IMHO.

I have avs, sigs, and pictures off. Partly because I don't want to have to worry about little people seeing stuff I don't want them to see, partly becuase I really don't want to see other people's naughty bits unless I choose to see them, and partly because I find some sigs to be really tiresome.

well said..and honestly that was my first reaction...was to make it even flashier and so on..but i decided to just forget it and lowered the font size. and now i'm doing the other thing that annoys and that is NOT using the multi quote feature...

uh...really? cause i was replying in a thread ABOUT sig lines..i don't think i was bringing up anyone or any argument i was simply posting on a thread just like everyone else...and mentioned that another pet peeve of some was the not using the multi quote feature and that i was doing it again. seriously, get over it, it wasn't about you or anyone else.....

it was an observation about MYSELF. that i was doing something i have a bad habit of. that's it. no hidden meanings. good god
