well said..and honestly that was my first reaction...was to make it even flashier and so on..but i decided to just forget it and lowered the font size. and now i'm doing the other thing that annoys and that is NOT using the multi quote feature...

You know, your point could be valid, if you could disable signatures just for certain persons. So you either have to live with it, ignore the person completely or ignore all signatures.

Although, even worse is commercial advertisement in a signature. In my humble opinion, this is worth a ban. But alas, I'm not the one to decide this.

And as far as comments regarding the image I had in my sig promoting the snake photos at the FFF:
ALL of our animals are 'rescued pets'.
NONE have been purchased at pet stores, by us.
We take in UNWANTED pets.
It cost money to FEED them, and care for them.
We invest MORE money than we have ever taken in.
We are not a business.
WE PAY others to help us raise funds for our animals.
They are PETS.
We don't benefit from monetary gain as a result of the animals and their photos.
The animals are taken off the hands of others who have either decided they didn't want to care for and pay for them anymore, or couldn't.

Any idea of the cost of feeding a 200+ pound snake and ALL 29 of his friends?
ETA: Answer: We barely break even with the cost of selling photos at the Flea sometimes. This year we were in the hole.... WE paid out. DUH..
