In case you are all wondering, I'm the snowflake in the poll, lol.
Why? Because sometimes sigs annoy me but not because of the content but because its too cluttered. I hate it when there is this huge sig full of pics squeezed super close together. I just want to organize them so they are all pretty like is all.
Before I had a long sig. Very pretty and cute tho, neatly arranged. (I saved the code btw, in case I ever want to use it again). Now I have some sweet simple and true. Kinda like me.

To tell the truth I'd love to know why they're on roses ass about sigs and not mine. Mine are pretty long. Maybe cause I don't care, who knows. *shrugs* As I've said before - don't like sigs turn them off. Don't like me, put me on ignore.

that was exactly my point in that other thread. i KNOW i'm not the only one with a long sig line, and mine is a song a lot of others are pictures and stuff. that's fine. i personally have no problem with anyone's sig line i just didn't understand why the big deal. and apparently it wasn't about my sig line at all but about the fact that i don't use the 'multi quote' function (i got a PM telling me so) and so i end up with 5 posts back to back. but that is because i don't read the whole thread and then post, i post as i read.
for me, it was ALL in the way it was brought up to me. instead of politely it was very rude and catty i even got told i'm an idiot who's posts have no substance and then i just kept being flamed by more and more. so yea anyway.
Sigs don't bother me, i like them i think they tell alot about the people who have them.

A woman after my own heart. A good sig takes forever to do. Getting the positions just right, the right quote, the right font, the right color, the right order...I could and have easily spent hours on the silly things. Just so they could look pretty.
I also have been known for straightening pictures in resturants.

I think I spent an hour getting the below sig JUST RIGHT. LOL
And I organize the magazine racks in the grocery store. I organize the lighter cases (by color) at the stop and rob. I straighten the displays at the bank, and don't get me started with what I do when I'm bored at the bar or the welfare office.

Seriously, I could care less. Some do look patently ridiculous, that's a fairly fleeting thought. I keep mine fairly streamlined, because that's more a reflection of how I prefer things from a design perspective. I have always been aware that I can turn sigs off, never really concerned me enough to even consider it.
What other people do is of little to no interest.
My pet sig line hate is when people don't bother to fix incomplete html codes.
