I think they should!

Sexual activity should be regulated.

I think the government should pass a law stating that everyone should be involved in sexual activity of some kind at least every week - preferably every 24 hours.

Those who can't find a willing partner should be able to go to a free government sex clinic where they can fulfill their mandatory obligation with government provided partners.

I believe that could solve two problems in one go, with a reduction in both unemployment and sexually motivated crimes.

Anyone else think that's a good idea?

Most of you should be sterilized before you can breed out intelligence. There should be a test at puberty and if you have not been enrolled in a proper school which is, in and of itself, a career path to the elite class, then you should very well have to test out at MENSA level in order to be allowed to breed. Other than that, there is no need to regulate. You might as well embark on a campaign to stop monkeys from flinging pooh at the mouth breathers who frequent the local public zoo.

I pay little to no attention to government other than making sure I protect my benefits. I have become expert in needy and pathetic. I'm well prepared for a little benevolent Socialism.

You made a claim that you refuse to back up, made some sort of personal attack which I understand as little as I did your contention and you have offered no clear elaboration on anything and I again submit that it might because you fear being outed as either the brown or black crayon in the box.
