I searched for "Magic" because that is the semi-official Literotica pubic deforestation product.

I'm sure there are one or two threads on shaving that don't mention Magic Lotion/powder , but none since Cheyenne joined the BB.

A few thoughts on shaving:

1) I'll let others answer how to do it, but in this guy's opinion, the shape of the outer pussy (pudendum, technically) affects how good the pussy looks without hair. I personally like either trimmed or bare (don't like Afro's down there), but if the woman has kind of a flatter set of outer lips, I find it looks better trimmed, while a chubby little beaver looks great naked. If the inner lips are large, a trim hair cut is more aesthetically pleasing to me. And if the woman is one of those rare few who have a large, prominent clit, I say shave and let that puppy shine in its glory.

2) If you decide a trim is what you want, I've found that a beard/moustache trimmer, with an adjustable length guard, works well for boys and girls pubes. It pretty well eliminates painful nicks, and gets all the hair a uniform length.

3) Bare pubes grow back, and the result is often uncomfortable and scratchy, and prone to ingrown hairs. Sure, you can shave often or wax or whatever, but this is one reason why I like the beard/moustache trimmer. It keeps the hairs out of the way during oral sex, is quick, can be cut pretty short, and seems to be less of a pain.

4) Little racing stripes are cute, but see the first comment.

You answered your own question. You are in "virgin" status because you currently have 2 posts. You hit 30 and you'll become "experienced". The more you post, the "greater" your status becomes, and once you his 1000, you will be able to come up with your own status/title.

My wife and I both shave, but not completly. I shave my balls and the area around my shaft, and she shaves pretyy much everything(makes for a better bikini line, I guess). She does it because she says oral sex is more intense. I do it because I look bigger, and the feeling is that much better. I favor the bald look but in practice, constant shaving kinda numbs the sensitivity of the skin. Plus the stubbles if you forget to shave even a day. Trim is your best bet in regards to long-term maintenance...

A thick bush, or even a moderate bush seems to suck up all the lube like a sponge for me. I need any and all available lube to stay on the inner little pink lips during sex, or I get rubbed raw. Also, pubic hair rasping back and forth over my clit during sex starts to feel like sandpaper after a while. I keep hair away from all my parts that get squished around during sex, but leave a little patch, kind of horseshoe shaped around the outer lips and up top. That area gets mowed every other week to 1/4 inch by trimmers. I do have problems with bumps and irritation during growback, and it drives me crazy. I'll have to try this Magic stuff. Is it harsh on sensitive skin? My pink parts can barely tolerate soap, much less chemicals.

Do a patch test as the instructions suggest, and make sure you keep any depilitory off of the mucous membranes which are much more sensitive to irritation that your skin is.

After reading about the Magic stuff on the literotica site, I tried it out about a week ago and was very pleased with the results. It removes hair much more effectively than Nair, and unlike Nair did not burn my skin. Hair is just starting to grow back in and very, very softly. I highly recommend. In fact it worked so well I might try it all the way down my legs next time to see if I can get out of shaving them daily for a week. The only negative side is that it was very messy and made it hard to leave a shape since I wasn't trying for the totally bald look.

Oh, I bought it at my local walmart in the mens shaving section as recommened.
