There's a BBQ joint nearby that does a Chamomile Old Fashioned. I tried it last time we went at the recommendation of our server, and gotta say it was pretty good.

Um, dare I ask why your steak is not cooked???

If you cook my meat past medium rare, I’m sending it back #lbvs

Depending on the cut, SOMETIMES I'll go as done as medium.

Burgers are about the only thing I insist on medium well/well done, and that's just for safety reasons. My formative years involved the big E Coli outbreaks.

I've only seen a single episode of Dr. Who ever. It was a rerun from the original series on late night cable one sleepless night in 198o something. Also zero exposure to Harry Potter. It's ok....I'm told I will be released back into society any day now.
