Serious Issue of Rape

As for after-the-fact withdrawal of consent, only the portion of sex AFTER the the withdrawal of consent can be considered rape.

Actually, that's not entirely true. When I was in college, the male athletes had a lecture stating that in the state of Michigan, if a man and woman are both drunk and they have mutally-consentual sex, and then when she sobers up she realizes that she didn't want to have sex with this guy, she can report it as a rape. Basically, the thinking is that, since she was drunk, she was in no shape to give consent. Whether or not the guy was drunk doesn't matter.

You are a fucking joke!

The is no such thing as blue balls.

How the fuck would you know????

Do you even have balls? No!

So what do you know about male arousal? Nothing other than what you have read or heard buuuut you have NOT experienced it first hand, have you? No...

Its not like what they claim in HS, but there is a pressing need to cum sometimes if you stop in mid fuck or masturbation that is so irritating and insistent that it can almost be described as painful and certainly very distracting and I don't know, the irritation is hard to describe… a compelling need to finish what you started that can be physically felt in the balls and the muscles if the penis.

This is a situation that a man should never be put in to begin with (or a woman for that matter).

Rape is a felony offense that can forever fuck up a man's life ruining his reputation, personal life, and career.

When in sex you are doing a primitive act and in the heat of the moment-your brain is switched off so to say and the penis or clit has petty much taken over "thinking" for you (overall).

So this is NOT rape, but is still wrong, so a new category of crime should be added-some kind of misdemeanor to reflect the unusual circumstances behind the crime. Judges by definition are supposed to be free and fair, one size does NOT fit all and this case is not the same as some scum-bag grabbing some poor girl off the street and sodomizing her against her will.

Or, maybe...

SHE should have been charged and sent to jail for criminal sexual-teasing and Blue-balling! :p

Yeah, I like that second suggestion allot more! :D

As for that daughter thing, now imagine that happening to your son and his life forever ruined by some fickle tease playing power-games with him and twisting his emotions and fucking with his mind by giving and revoking consent?

Teach your daughter not to say yes unless she means it and you won't have to worry about this crap.

wow.

(I wish to God I knew how to do tags so I could break up your quote, correctly!)

While rape is a crime against the law, it is a crime against people. I guess it comes down to what we hold more dear to us... a person career, or a persons spirit.....

I have been so intensely worked up that I had no awareness of my surroundings, but I'll promise you that I would notice when someone tries to stop whatever it is that is happening. I am no animal, and nothing about my body in the "heat of the moment" will ever be more important than the person I am loving.

I admit, I had a hard time for all of 5 seconds with saying "yep, this is rape" because she did agree to it initially, and allowed penetration. For me it became rape once she stated that she wanted to stop, and though he struggled with it, he did not stop. Rape, among other things, is about force. When you are doing something to another against their will, you are forcing yourself on them.

You said: "As for that daughter thing, now imagine that happening to your son and his life forever ruined by some fickle tease playing power-games with him and twisting his emotions and fucking with his mind by giving and revoking consent?"

But I thought you said it was a prmitive thing in which you no longer had control of your mind? Hard to fuck with his emotions and his mind when he's not even using them....;)

I've talked with my kids, thanks. I've been teaching them all about self control and the words "yes and no", ever since they were babies.

Tell me Frimost, what do you call forcing yourself sexually on someone that does not want to have sex?

I guess you are so perfect that you've never changed your mind about something?

Let's say that at the point she asked him to stop, he was already on the verge of orgasm and he tried to pull out but ended up shooting inside of her anyway. He did everything within his control to pull out.

He still came inside of her against her will.

What then?

She tells him to stop, he complies as soon as she tells him, but not in time to prevent an involuntary response to activities she had already consented to? Not rape. The issue isn't the orgasm, but wether or not he made a good-faith attempt to comply with her wishes regardign the use of her body.

The fact that he asked for a moment to "finish" proves that not only was he not making a good-faith attempt to stop, but rather wanted to continue until he ejaculated.

Why would it matter if she had an orgasm? Let's do a little switcheroo here and assume that it was a 16 year old BOY who just came. So here he is, he's had his orgasm, things are kinda oversensitive, his girlfriend's still on top of him. He asks her to stop, she keeps riding until she gets her orgasm. Does she have the right to force her partner to serve as essentially a sex toy against his wishes just because he came first, or does he retain the right to determine when and for how long he wishes to share his body with his girlfriend?

Same deal, my stance does not waver in that situation.

And PC, I would tell her to break-up with him because he is a jerk and a asshole but I would NOT get the law involved in this Gordian knot. Who knows, depending on the situation and how far along he was I might feel like kicking his ass but I would not consider him a full-blown rapist if she gave consent to him prior and they were having regular sex before she suddenly changed her mind. Not rape in my book, something lesser.

Then it sounds like the citizens of the state of Michigan need to tell their elected representatives to collectively pull their heads out of their asses and pass a rape law that doesn't discriminate against men. If they were both equally drunk, he was no more capable of consenting than she was.

A better question is:

Do you have balls?

Bigger than the size of your puny head. :)

frimost, please shut the fuck up and stop acting as if you know anything about being a man.

So I'm not a man just because I disagree with you? God are you an egotistical bastard. Wrong, I am a man because I state what I believe in without fear of people like you disagreeing with me or insulting me for my own personal opinions that I express. So hell yeah I am a man, a free man brave enough to mean what I say and say what I mean.

Good dodge.

really? you believe so?

Hypothetically, I'll say your's is bigger than mine. It would explain the lack of blood in your brain for rational thought.

Random thought association, but in a D/s relationship the equivalent would be not stopping when the safeword was spoken.

"No" is the safeword for people not bound by D/s agreements and anyone who doesn't recognize it is asking to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Well, besides making "blueballs" a way bigger deal than it really is, You are not a man because you would brush your daughter's rape under the carpet and do nothing about it.

That's pathetic.

Precisely, PC. What you quoted was in response to the hypothetical of someone who stopped as soon as she said no but not in time to prevent the orgasm, not the case in California. I'd actually go so far as to excuse one or two "momentum thrusts"while his brain processes the request, but FIVE MINUTES? No way.

I don't think I could agree that someone is a "man" who has so little control over his dick that he couldn't quit his frantic humping when his partner asked him to.

Totally off topic but has anyone else been getting this annoying fucking bootemail pop-up every third click on Literotica? What's with this shit????

Do you? NO!

Oh for fucks sake!
You are suck a fucking idiot.

Emerald_eyed ;
And I can say that you are a fucking bitch, but I'm not.
I don't like to resort to childish name-calling just because someone does not agree with my viewpoint in a debate. Unlike the immature little kids around here who can't hold a civil conversation without acting like 2-year olds I try to reason with someone to show them my thought and feeling on a subject (maybe you should try it some time too).

This is supposed to be a board for adults to hold conversations, not some kindergarten playground. You try to take the moral high ground by calling me names and insulting my character, real good tactic there slick, did you borrow it from Nelson Munsk from The Simpsons?

I'm out of here, the childish and pissy behavior displayed by many of you here has left a bad taste in my mouth. Perhaps I should hire a baby-sitter for you or a school principal?

General Board my ass, more like the Romper Room....
