Actually, that's not entirely true. When I was in college, the male athletes had a lecture stating that in the state of Michigan, if a man and woman are both drunk and they have mutally-consentual sex, and then when she sobers up she realizes that she didn't want to have sex with this guy, she can report it as a rape. Basically, the thinking is that, since she was drunk, she was in no shape to give consent. Whether or not the guy was drunk doesn't matter.
