*chuckle* Hi Rob. I'm perpetually on antihistamines but avoiding going to the docs until I'm sure it isn't just a cold virus that will go away on it's own, given enough time and rest. I didn't even get up until nearly ten this morning. I'm actually quite surprised at everything I've gotten done today. I'm working on putting in the fluids and resting now again.

Fluids and sleep. Best thing you can do for viruses, in general. Antibiotics only work on bacteria. Don't even phase the little semi-lived ones.

Yup, that's why I won't spend my money on the doc's office until I've had it a couple weeks. Tried to make chicken soup this week and I used too much water, turned out horrible. I'll remember that next time.

The chicken soup thing is scientifically sound, according to the resident microbiologist. Turns out that the schmalz that most people skim off contributes to good cholesterol and that is an important booster to your immune system. Yeah, less water, more chicken.
