I recievec an email today through the Lit feedback system. There were no comments/feedback but it had an @mail.ru address. AFAIK that's a russian email service. Has anyone else seen this, and is it something I should be concerned about?

That's just one of the many, many domains owned by the free [mail com] email service, which regularly has long lists of people using it for spam. It means nothing much.

The provided email address is what the person typed into the lit form, and is not necessarily accurate.

An unknown percentage are the real email address of the legit author, and an unknown but probably higher percentage aren’t. Googling helps, but even if you confirm that an email address is real, you still don’t know if the person who owns that email was really the sender.

Craigslist classifieds for example, have a true email forwarding service. Lit most definitely does not. Ignoring is safer.
