Got a request to update tax forms because we are not in the US. They advised they were having trouble with the form and if a section wouldn't resolve, just turn off your virus scanner, and it should correct (gotta wonder about that one?)
So I get all the way through the form to the signature page, and the date box (very last thing to fill out) won't resolve. Form not accepted. I turned off the virus scanner and tried to refresh the page. The whole form is lost, and I'm taken back to the beginning.
Feeling a little old and grumpy (ok, very grumpy) I said FU and wrote them I wasn't starting over until they guaranteed the signature date box would work.
Immediate support confirmation email, and an hour later, I got a form completed response from them. They took care of it.
After some other so-called "customer service" issues in the last week, I was impressed. (different industry) I see some other bad experience posts here, so I thought a good experience would help, knowing that this is a new sales outlet. (yes, I know it's migrated from Smash)
