No big deal. I've passed planes a LOT closer than this. This looks like it was more than 5,000 feet away and 5,000 feet below.

Planes cross each other every day like this. It's an every day occurrence.

Minimum spacing is 1000 feet, whether it is horizontal or vertical

Once above 18,000 feet every airplane is on the same altimeter setting so that they have proper spacing.
