Thank you both for your compliments and yes, I am proud. especially as he has taken the time to make it from scratch, measured, and asked my opinion regarding the "extras". I wanted the extra rings , being a practical person, he added the chains.

Very cool. I don't know that I will make our boy's collars, but we have made a lot of our supplies, and will make some things special for each boy for that reason (so that it truely is special).

My past Master made a silver choaker for me...that he engraved. Still have it. Should take a pic of it and post. It was an every day collar, not the play one. Play one he kept. darn.

Master has a thing about me sleeping in mine ATM.Not conducive to a good nights rest, but I daresay he would still insist occassionally, even if I had a more comfy one.

I hope that you aren't implying that 26 is old, as that is how old both I and our new boy are ...

as soon as I get a picture of one of our boys wearing their new collars, I'll post it - our new boy (who hasn't decided on a new screen name for sure yet, so I'm not sure what to call him at the moment, other than Ours ) made new ones for both of them out of black and brown leather strips.

Oh no, 26 is not old, and my Sir is most content with the fact i am aging but when one wakes up with new cricks first thing in the morning it makes me pause and think a little bit lol.

I would look forward to seeing your boys and their collars, handmade can often be so much better with the more personalised touch to it

GREAT bump, and OMG did it hit home for me.

i wore my first collar this past weekend. I LOVED IT. seeing this thread bumped made me tingle inside (grin).

i have no pictures yet but in time i am sure we will.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of seeing this collar on a sub i real life, and I think it's one of the nicer looking collars.

OMG! I've hesitated to read this thread, for the sake of my own envy since I have several beautiful collars, but no loverly pics of them- And lo and behold, the first pic in the thread is an exact match to my own "Formal" collar! (Except my slave name & Master's initials are engraved on it... )

It *IS* beautiful, isn't it? ~Beams Proudly~

Edited to add: Oops- looking more closely, it's not really an exact['i] match- mine is steel on leather yes, but there's no overlap. The steel comes right to the edge. Plus, it's got a heavy, lockable buckle, too. My bad. Still, very close!
