Omg, they wouldnt say that if she couldn't right? They wouldn't call a family and give them false hope like that would they? Not after he's been there for 8 fucking months for something he didn't do?

Not to rain on your parade - but be careful building up hope with anything when dealing with the legal system; until he is walking in the door then be prepared to be dissapointed.
