Well, the simplest ones are just kitchen tools. The offset spatula being my favorite..

For the do-it-yourselfer, I recommend getting a nice thick dowel and hotgluing some padding to it. Then get furniture tacks and put them in the padding at regular intervals. Cover the whole thing with a condom and voila! Homemade studded dildo!

QuickDuck. I so totally don't wanna know how you know that. Although I'm sure you read it in a back issue of Martha Stewart's Living, right?

HeavyStick. You can make a double-dildo the same way, just use two condoms and pad both ends. Do remember to change the condom after each use, please.

Handcuffs? Well, home metal-forging is beyond most people, but there are several lovely patterns out there for ties of various sorts. I would think making one out of peachskin (a type of silk) would be extra-cool. Of course, you can also make matching hoods and other garments so that you have a nifty matching set!

Tell me more about these patterns. Are they available at Martha Stewart online?
