My view of anti-masks-ers (most of whom are men) is anything But charitable.
I put them in the same category as some of the #MeToo-ers, who played the 'sexual assault or harassment' card over whistleblowing or a lewd remark. (Grow up..

These women were opportunists who relished in the victim role,
and didn't care that they were doing harm to victims of harassment or rape, by trivializing matters.
Same here: people lost their livelihoods or are dragged into Court because they worked.
And these anti-masks-ers dudes seized that general mood, to fabricate some SJW fight over a non-existent issue 'they're taking your freedom away by asking you to wear masks in stores'.

Without reading the legal logic of their decision it is difficult to understand the merit of their reasoning.

No one has declared martial law but you're not going to get the Supreme Court issue a stay against a declaration of martial law in this is analogous.

An Elk will keep me in meat for a year. You can go to your cabin and poach a moose, right?
