basically I'd say think of anything other than what you are doing that is not at all sexual. That's where you're going wrong, young grasshopper. Firstly, as Erika pointed out, porn is not real life. Women do not require a feature length fuckathon in order to be satisfied. You need to shift perspective a bit there.

Secondly, as you're 18 I'm taking a bet that you wank more often than you eat. This is a bad idea as you are probably getting yourself into a pattern of fast, vigorous stimulation with a rapid end result.
