Nashville USA/Lexington USA/ Ky/Tn/Ala my prayers are with you today

Fuck yeah! Just went from "Sever Tornado Warning" to "Severe Thunderstorm Warning!"

Ima go make a cheeseburger. I'm not even hungry, but I have some frozen White Castles, and I want to eat them in case the electricity goes off.

Oh, fun fact, on the subject of tornadoes and hair. Earlier I was talking about how the water here has to be purified or it will bleach your hair out. The purifier doesn't take out all of whatever bleaches it, and you normally have to put salt tablets in it. We haven't in, about a month, because Gramps can't, and well, I'm lazy- and also I didn't know I was supposed to. As a result my hair now has red streaks.

The "Australian" thread starter lives near ground zero.

He hasn't posted in a bit. Maybe we got lucky and he died...

Yahoo! News now reporting that the entire town is GONE.

No, Marysville, IN was blown off the map. Some of these towns are no more than a dozen or so homes clustered around an intersection of two rural. Blowing them off the map isn't that hard to do.

Henryville was four or five times larger, which isn't saying a whole lot, but much of it is still intact.

Still a bad night for some Hoosiers, though.

Huh. I won't dispute you despite not reading Marysville, IN until just now within your post.

But just 10 minutes ago Yahoo! offered a new story out of Henryville, IN...

Plus this entire thread is so confusing. Nipples and Sonny farting around and real or fake confessionals from those in the prone areas. Plus I really know nothing about Southern Indiana 'cept for Jay Cutty being born and raised in Santa Claus.

Also, what is with all this weirdass weather? Have we ever heard about cells forming over the midwest at the beginning of March? Last season it was during April, yes?

Shouldn't they all be dealing with yesterday's slush now instead of wearing short sleeves and talking about tornadoes?

We never EVER have tornadoes in the part of ky where I live. This is the first one in like, ever.

What a horrible day. I hope no one on here was hit, even those I don't like. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Look 'em up on Google maps. Henryville is on I-65 right at exit 19 just north of Louisville. Marysville is farther to the east and north. Henryville has far more houses and streets.
