My back is so painful

We moved me out of my parents' house over the weekend.. with them splitting up, they've put the house on the market, and so I had to go over, and get all my stuff out.

I sprained my wrist (lightly) doing it, and my back has been in spasm ever since...

anyone want to offer a massage?
