I do not know if any Dommes that cater to fetishes. I do not. I have my requirements in submissive, and I communicate them to perpspectives, if they do not conform to those requirements, I pass them by.

Perhaps a Top/play partner night be more amenable to developing a scene to a particular fetish. I really do not know. Pro Dommes may do the same.
