I understand. I'm on the other side of the hand, so to speak, but I haven't been involved for a while, either. I know it sucks. I hope things get better for both of us.

I also understand what you say about your present husband. Most men were taught not to hit a woman. But, with some of us, our sexual urges bring it out. I'm guessing your husband doesn't have that desire. It's not his fault, though. He might change some day, but you can't force him into it. If you try, you might actually make it worse.

When you think about it, soft hands and sweet kisses ain't all bad. At least he sounds like a decent guy.
