It's been a bit of a day which reminds me, somedays real life can get in the wY of our Lit fun. Never assume the worst if someone isn't around or appears to be "off their game". 99 times out of 100, it's not you and they would love nothing else than to be their typical Lit self.

The pressure here can be a bit much sometimes Mama. I caved myself:rolleyes:
love ya sweetie

You know, if we all caved into every little whine someone made about us. Soon no one would be posting here.

I tell people if they don't like my posts and/or me, they are welcome to put me on ignore.

:rose:

Strip you, tie you up, insert vibrator on high, put you on ignore for 30 or so.

If you have a Litster on ignore because he is a huge fucking asshat, and you go to make a post, but you see he has posted before you can is it ok to go ahead and quote the Litster above him anyway since you have the asshat on ignore and you assume the rest of the free world does to?

Just curious.

Bonus: run-on sentences are annoying as hell. :D

Yes, that falls under the subcategory of asshat Litiquette , allowing you to alter all normal rules of engagement for maximum asshat avoidance.

Question A: Are you wanting to get play from said asshat?

Question B: Are you wanting to get play from said litster above the asshat?

Question C: What's the reasonable amount of time a banana should sit on your counter?

For those lurking in the shadows trying to gleen wisdom, let's take a look at Serene's "hey you :) " post.

For starters, it's clear she knows Matthew, this is not the time to jump in and quote her.

Next, if she doesn't know him, acknowldegment in the room isn't an automatic invitation to PM

Last, good use of the emoticon, clearly letting Matthew know the hey you was friendly and not a command to "get off my lawn"

Any other thoughts? And please Serene, jump in if you would like to help perpetuate good Litiquette :)

Can I just randomly interrupt? Or is that considered bad form? And do I care? is this the "ask a question" thread?

Wait, wait....

Nope, Pass, Never, Have not, wouldn't.

I think that covers it.

I have to quote you...just because it's not proper....:rolleyes::D

Aww Eden, you did not mulit-quote.

I wonder what punishment Chained Up will mete out.

Is there punishment in the Litiquette thread for not following the rules?
