Well, that's a relative question. I'm 5'4" barefoot (even though I always wear heels and/or platforms). I make a point to date men who are about 5'9" or taller, because people are usually proportionate to their height. I'm sure women who are 6'1" have different penis size desires than women who are 5'0".
