All Lake is asking for is access to the data to see if there were votes actually counted which shouldn't have been counted. This is based on affidavits from witnesses she possesses. Affidavits which, by the way, comprise that thing called "evidence." Something which you claim she doesn't have any of. (Please note that your personal disbelief about what the affidavits state doesn't make the "evidence" of their existence disappear. It creates a dispute of fact which can only be satisfied by examining the facts in a court of law and making a determination as to which viewpoint about those facts has greater credibility. Nor does your ideological dismissal of the controversy alter the credibility of the evidence presented so far.)

And when she finds like 3-5 that don’t match the records, she will attempt to make that something more than it is. Errors can happen, the civil servants try their hardest to double and triple check things.

But in this case, she will claim victory even if it’s just 5 discrepancies. But the grandiose way she has done it doesn’t match up with the ~5 discrepancies.

Arizona had a quadruple audit in 2020, but I guess there can be another angle to look at.

The maricopa county situation was resolved, not on Election Day but the next day after it was brought in for rescanning to ensure they all were done correctly. A bulk of her claim rides with that.

Most States allow lawyers who are licensed to practice in other States to "co-practice" with a State licensed attorney/firm. There's no requirement to apply for a State license/admission to the State Bar to do this.

Thus, like most of the crap spewed by the Left, this is a misnomer at best and an outright lie by omission at worst. Yet for some reason you think doing this and blocking public visibility is better than suing to gain access to public information to verify the accuracy of that information.
