I don't recall claims of election fraud in the Brexit vote. The Remainers bowed out gracefully without any violent insurrection. Do you have a source for that?It seems that this has become a behaviour, not limited to the political sphere either.
It illustrates a degeneration in society as a whole - that even when something is voted upon, and a conclusion arrived at those who lost - claim foul play.
we saw this in the Brexit vote in the UK. and you are obviously seeing the same in your political arena.
Like you say - the day of the gracious loser is over - its all cat fights and dirty tricks. What i find even more repugnant about the political arena these days is that come election time, the politicians dont argue policy - they simply take cheap shots at each other, trying to drag their opponent down rather then actually putting forward a coherent policy.
