This morning I was rudely awakened by a noisy AC compressor just outside.

I got up, made some coffee, and headed for my favorite chair in the family room, only to discover my 7 year old granddaughter curled up asleep in my chair.

I'm doing very well. Surgery was on the 31st and I'm already down 38 pounds. I'm still adjusting, but so far, No regrets and already cut my BP meds to 1/3 of what I was on.
