It's bad enough seeing the six same threads over and over and over, but when people seem to think they are new and clever at the same time, it becomes a bit too much...

We need a forum for 1000 and less posts...

So's they can git it out of their system before we redirect them to the playground.

Too stupid to search!

Fresh off the best ignore lists, the dulcet tones of ThrobDownSouth...

Democrat, bigot, and homophobe all rolled into one seething package of invective.

One of Lit's unfortunate fixtures.

What song are YOU jammin' to now?

That same ole' word association where the person above you sings off key.

Geeze, Cap'n... Just when I thought we were starting to become friends....
Seriously, us newbies should be keeping Lit fresh and interesting! Otherwise, you run the risk of becoming - dare I say it? - staid and mainstream.

Yes, there are some newbies that don't search... and some that have no idea how... But I'd hazard a guess that some established folks are annoying as well.... after all, why would there be an ignore?

Give us a chance, we may pleasantly surprise you!

Where does Literotica get the throngs of new vistors?

I want some of them.

I think there should be an "oldies" forum, where those who only want to discuss politics etc., should post.

Sometimes it's interesting, but when people think they are clever , it becomes a bit too much...

:p

Talk Federalist baby...

FEDERALIST No. 1

General Introduction
For the Independent Journal.
Saturday, October 27, 1787

HAMILTON

To the People of the State of New York:

AFTER an unequivocal experience of the inefficacy of the subsisting federal government, you are called upon to deliberate on a new Constitution for the United States of America. The subject speaks its own importance; comprehending in its consequences nothing less than the existence of the UNION, the safety and welfare of the parts of which it is composed, the fate of an empire in many respects the most interesting in the world. It has been frequently remarked that it seems to have been reserved to the people of this country, by their conduct and example, to decide the important question, whether societies of men are really capable or not of establishing good government from reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to depend for their political constitutions on accident and force. If there be any truth in the remark, the crisis at which we are arrived may with propriety be regarded as the era in which that decision is to be made; and a wrong election of the part we shall act may, in this view, deserve to be considered as the general misfortune of mankind.

I am curious, was there a federalist party?

Time to go look stuff up.

I used to think ma'am was short for madam, but not all women are whores, so it must be short for mammery...; please, may I have another?

I remember saying ma'am out of respect, and some are very offended by it. One lady said "I am not a madam. Now kindly fuck off."

It's a sign of respect, just like in certain "upper crust" circles, Madam is also "respectful".

Better than "HEY YOU" :D

Reminds of of a Southern Belle joke, who's punchline is That's nice*...

* As in my finishing school taught me to say that's nice instead of fuck you...

:D
