Is "equal protection under the law" a complete and total lie?

Now this has been recycled by you a few times.
You said it, dumbass.

I'm just rubbing your nose into it.

You can't find a better class of man because you're a ghetto class fucktard yourself.

Until we can truly see all others as equal, and respect each other as equal, there will be no equality possible.

No need. I read the book. Karl Marx wasn't it?

Could be. I have read some Marx, amongst others. Not trying to steal a quote per se, but sum up what I believe to be true.

I am too forgetful to be a malicious plaigerist (sp- I know that looks wrong?)

Not sure about you, Taltos, but I know I sure as hell wouldn't want LT making my equal protection argument if a I were a man. . . .

I'm glad as fuck to have you on the side opposing equal protection. Your arguments are like a cartoon.

You just can't seem to let it go...

Recycle , recycle, recycle.

Because it's the truth. And it refutes everything you've said to me about gender relations. Which is why you're so scared of addressing those facts besides whining "recycled, recycled, blah blah".

So I guess you see absolutely no irony, LT, in the fact that although there are certainly other men on the board who must have felt at times that they did not get their rights respected, not a single other man has backed you up on all your baseless attacks on women who have put facts in front of you. . .

Just like when you falsely accused me of making racist posts.
I’m hurt that you've already forgotten the details of my trespass against you :(

But, it is Christmas . . . so, in light of the vast number of harebrained vendettas you’re nursing, I suppose I can forgive you for screwing mine up just this once.

And in the sprit of the season, I’ll even tell you what you ought to have been obsessing about me accusing you of: I didn’t accuse you making racist posts, I accused you of trivializing the term “racism” by gratuitously flinging it around for mere theatrical effect.

equal protection is a lie when...

...the law is paid by the elite to enforce the laws most often broken by the "lower classes".

Why should a cokesniffer be president, whe nsomeone smoking weed can end up in jail for life under 3 strikes?

Where is the logic in that?

But, we're NOT all equal. We're promised equal rights, and equal protections. But that doesn't mean that some of us aren't better than others.

With that way of seeing the world, true equality will never exist. Thanks for re-enforcing my point.

"The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread."

Seriously. How, exactly, can you look at the amazing amount of diversity in this world and believe that every single person is 'equal' in every way to every other person?

There are people who are smarter than me, less smart, stronger, weaker, prettier, uglier, meaner, nicer, and on and on and on.

We're NOT equal. How fucking boring would that be?

What facts? All you've done is spew vitriol. And men won't ever defend their own rights. They're afraid they won't get laid.

BTW: I challenge you to name one baseless attack on women that I've made. Even one. Have a nice day.

LOL... you're not only a liar, but you're a rank amateur at the art of changing your story.

You did, in fact, accuse me of making racist posts, and you even said you wouldn't go through the effort of documenting any examples. Which is obvious since such examples don't exist.

But that's okay. You're a just a dumbfuck Litster. You can't help shooting off your mouth before you think. Hell, you can't even think, much less back up what you say with any facts.

Now I get it. You argue with Stiffy because you hope all that intelligence will rub off on you...

I can attest that many, if not all, of LT's attacks on women have been base.

Ok, no - not everyone can have an equal knack for cooking, repair, innovation, their level of people skills and the like. That is called diversity. We come from different backgrounds, cultures and have different ideologies, that too is diversity.

Equality is about how people are treated and thought of by others. So what if I am not the best at fixing a car, does it mean I am less valuable to society than a mechanic? Does it make the mechanic more of a man or woman because they can perform this task?

Perhaps I am good at teaching (I wish, working on that). If I am, who is better than the other? I say both are equal - equally important to our society, by using their unique and diverse talents.

And what about the child who dies of a terminal illness before they get a chance to develop a skill such as baking, innovating, what have you. If their dying wish is to take all of the love and concern for them and distribute it to more needy kids, hasn't this child done something valuable for society as well, or are they less than the accomplished musician who has entertained millions?

No, it's not. I allowed for equal rights and equal protections. I'd even go so far as to say that some people deserve more (ie NOT equal) care/rights than others. I think that in some cases, children and the handicapped should be more protected than others.

However, that's not what I'm talking about when I disagree with your statement that we're all equal and the world would enter some sort of utopia if only we would all realize that.

Check out what the word actually means.
