The show launched Vanda Shepard's, Josh Groban's and reinvigorated Barry White's careers. Al Green, Randy Neuman, Gladys Knight, Gloria Gaynor all make appearances. Though I don't particularly care that much for Shepard's voice, music was a huge part of the show's success...not as much as sex, of course.
