A candidate for the GOP nomination for governor of Georgia refused to concede defeat even though she received only 3.4% of the vote on Tuesday.

My daughter in an election earlier this year, standing as a Green, came a close fourth after three successful Labour candidates, beating the Conservatives and Liberal Democrats. The other two Greens came fifth and sixth but none of them cried 'foul'.
