Has you graduated from an accredited high school, you'd have learned that the Supreme Court is under NO obligation to grant cert and also has NO obligation to explain why.

Talking heads on the news networks you presumably follow said it was a longshot in the first place, that there were basically no Constitutional issues to be decided here. ("Butthurt" is not per se a Constutitional issue).

By rejecting cert, the Appeals court ruling rejecting the claim stands and Keri Lake is now a court-certified loser.
