If you need a quick fix, something I found that works on my boyfriend are climax control condoms. I think Trojan makes them, and they are called Extended Pleasure or something along those lines. They are lubricated with some kind of desensitizing lotion, and they work pretty good............sometimes almost too good

For me I find it is best to stop when you first feel the tingles leading to an orgasm. Rest for a minute or so, allowing you to calm down and then start again slowly. Also, try not to worry about it. Think of other things.
