But there are some who at least try to be decent guys.

It didnt happen here and it didnt happen recently, hell I;ve been married and divorced since. Come to think of it that was also an online thing that didnt work according to plan at all. To this day I still dont have anything even close to a reason I can believe on that one. But back a moment to the other. What I thought was a semi serious exclusive relationship.......... wasnt. Turns out I was the SPare Extra Boyfriend. So fourth in place really, behind her husband and the two other boyfriends. Oh yes. Guys are assholes sometimes and lie cheat and generally manipulate to get what they want. But women cant claim to be blameless either, scars on my heart stand testament to that

I was going to post my own response, but I just can't improve.


I live my life through honesty, to the best of my ability. It truelly is a two way street, I've never been bitten on Lit, but I have been bitten.


As to the poster that compared lit to a titty bar, and match.com to a bar? Last time I heard ignorance of that magnitude, it was the state of the union speech.

There are as many assholes on every site, at every bar and at every place you can possibly think of. Just as there are wonderful people on here. You just have to sift through the bullshit. I don't post very often, but I've been a member a long time. Longer than this account has been active at any rate.

Let me start off saying, pink I think it was a good idea you started this thread. Gives people a place to talk about this problem because there has been a lot victims here I'm sure.

No I dont think everyone here is honest just like in RL not everyone is honest. You have to be careful how you choose and pick your friends here also. I have also been suckered myself by a man I meet here. In the beginning I keep my defensive's up with everyone here because I knew there were people that weren't honest on here. But eventually over time I let my defense down with this man. And what a BIG mistake that was because found you he wasn't a honest man after all. Really hurt me to because I really believe this person was very honest and truthful.

I know there has to be honest truthful people on here somewhere. But so far I havent meet any. But really believe I would have a very hard time trusting anyone now anyways is the sad part.

Sorry to all that have been hurt here, I really feel your pain.
