I love sharing my birthday!! I was actually due in January; it was the last time I was early for anything!!

Beefsteak Charlie's has become "Joe Franklin's Restaurant and Bar". Looks like a nice place, and seems to attract a good lunch crowd (even an open air cafe feel, if you can believe that!). It brightens up the corner, but I haven't been able to afford trying it out yet. (BTW, have some Irish blood in me, but roots are more German/Swedish/English.)
