For a start, I'm reasonably sure that a 7-inch diameter is biologically impossible. I think you mean circumference.

Circumference is radius x 2 x pi.
Area of the circle is radius x radius x pi.
Volume of the cylinder is area x length.

If your glans is conical, the volume is area of base x height / 3. Height being just the length of the glans itself, which should have been subtracted from the overall length for the cylinder length.

The cross section is usually closer to elliptical, and curvature is unaccounted for. With more precise measurements, differential equations can provide more precise answers. Displacement is probably more practical.
