First of all, sorry if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't find one for "help me find a story I sorta remember."
I read this story probably 4-6 years ago. I don't think the one scene I am describing is the entire premise of the story AND I don't think it is what happens first. I'm fairly certain this would be several chapters and/or quite a few pages into this story, but I am not entirely sure of that fact.
The scene I remember: A woman is arriving at a station and needs to be picked up. (via plane or train, but I think plane, but I guess she could JUST need to be picked up. I do not remember the actual journey.) She's very embarrassed because she's naked for some reason, and also for some reason has her head and hands stuck in medieval style big-ass wooden stocks. She's frantically running to get picked up, and the stocks don't fit in the door of the car. In the interest of getting her out of the public eye, she lowers herself into the sunroof and has to ride on someone's lap. (This is where I think the incest shows up because I think she sits on her brother but I'm not sure of that.) They're driving home with her head out the sunroof and she's grinding on the person she's sitting on. I'm pretty sure she's sitting backwards but I'm not certain of that either.
Edit: I just remembered that actually she doesn't ride in their lap. She rides on their shoulders in reverse. So it's not grinding on their lap but grinding on their face!
And that's all I remember! I read it while searching for ENF/exhibitionism content, and wouldn't have found it via searching for BDSM or Incest content if that helps. I'm sure you probably could since it seems to lean heavily into those, according to my memory, but my interests firmly lie in the ENF/Exhib realm, so I didn't personally search for BDSM nor incest when I would've found it.
