My bladder leaks more when my pelvic floor is loose. I had to undo a lot of kegel work to loosen up for fisting. (I'm not as elastic as I was when I was younger. . . .)

Sadly, a nice kegel tightness and fisting aren't not easily co-existant. At least not for me.

For search purposes, it's perineal massage (just a spelling difference), and it works wonders with some warm oil.

My problem with fisting is that once the fist in question is out, I swell nearly shut from the tissue trauma. It's not really painful, but it makes it hard to do anything else afterward. If you want the virgin sensation, though, I highly recommend it, LOL.
Oh God now I want to try it again ! as soon as possible!........is it true it can produce profound orgasms?

Thats a yes. For me anyway. I love the swollen/bruised feeling after being fisted and stretched. Dunno if that makes me weird but I don't care.
