Hmmm...yeah, I don't see how you'd be able to control it. The whole premise of it is the LOSS of the control that allows you to have the squirting orgasm. I've only recently, in maybe the last three years or so, experienced this, and I think the reason was that before, I was too tense, and couldn't relax myself down there to let it happen. So trying to stop it happening, IMO, would just stop you from cumming.
